We only accept returns for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased a work of art or product from an external gallery, we recommend contacting that gallery directly.
To proceed with the return, please send the item(s) in their original box and packaging within a maximum of 14 days from the cancellation of the purchase.
It is essential that the items are packed properly to avoid damage during transport.
The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the purchased items.
Fragile items should not be returned by regular mail. If you are returning a fragile item, please contact the JoGis Art team to obtain appropriate insurance, packing instructions, and an estimate of the shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping until the item is received by our team.
JoGis Art reserves the right to charge repair costs if the returned item shows damage caused during transport.
